Management
The Ridgway Management Committee consists of up to eight people who are
owner occupiers of flats within the building. There is therefore, a
good incentive for the Committee to maintain the building in a good
condition and at an economical cost. The Committee normally meets at
least four times a year to discuss, plan and action Ridgway business.
The Committee currently consists of:

Peter Rowell (Maintenance Manager)

Monthly Maintenance Charge
The monthly maintenance charge required to be paid by flat owners is
set at 275 for the period 1 Jan 2026 - 31 Dec 2026. Please ensure
that
your
standing order is set accordingly.
